Skeleton web
Great news. The loading skeleton for web is now complete. We have a consistent experience across our web and apps. Please update any local designs with our Backpack component!

Search input summary on iOS
This is a small cog in the complex ecosystem of Search Controls – a component that handles the inputs within a modal. This will align Flights, Hotels, and Car Hire where there are global controls.

Navigation tab group
Part of our Global Header, the Navigation Tab Group allows users to switch between verticals. This feature will soon be available across both Web and Apps.

New components in Beta 🚧
Segmented Control
The plan to deliver a simple segmented control (web first) is in place. This can be used in a simple format or to represent our “best, fastest or cheapest” feature.
This will be contributed in Q2.
Content updates
We now have inclusivity guidelines in Backpack to guide us on how we speak in our product messaging and communications, and at Skyscanner internally.
